Dual Compound
Two compounds are used within the tread of select tyres to provide lower rolling resistance and increased cornering grip.
EXO
An extremely cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant material added to the sidewalls of select mountain tyres. This densely woven fabric is lightweight and highly flexible, ensuring tyre performance remains unaffected. Choose EXO Protection for exceptionally rocky, technical trails where the risk of sidewall cuts and abrasions is high.
Tubeless Ready
Tubeless tyres provide riders with many benefits, including the ability to run lower air pressures for improved traction, lower rolling resistance compared to tube-type tyres, and a reduced chance of punctures since there is no inner tube. Liquid sealants should only be used with Tubeless Road, Tubular and Tubeless Ready tyres. Using liquid sealants in any other Maxxis tyre will void the warranty.
